Today was their last day at the day care center they've been attending. First Son has been going two days a week for almost three years. It's hard to believe it's been so long! It's strange to think they won't go back, but it's for the best. Kansas Dad will watch them on Tuesdays and Thursdays through the end of the year and then we'll see. It's great his schedule works that way (though it is time he could be spending on academic pursuits). We really feel it's better for them to be with family than at day care...not to mention we'll save a ton of money!
I don't think they really understand when we say they won't be going back. Hopefully they'll have so much fun with Kansas Dad they won't feel sad.
